Workshop prices for California workshops start as low as $45* for a one-day workshop and $495** for an all-inclusive weekend (workshop, meals & indoor/outdoor camping).
Your workshop tuition is all-inclusive:
- 2 days and 2 evenings of workshop content led by 1 female and 1 male workshop facilitator and assisted by 8-16 trained workshop team members.
- Camp-style sleeping accommodations for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday)
- Use of the Harbin Hot Springs facilities and grounds beginning at noon on Friday through Sunday evening
- Dancing
- Entertainment
- Parking
- 7 nutritious meals
You may choose to sleep on a covered deck overlooking the creek, adjacent to the workshop room, outside under the stars or in a tent that can be set up on the conference center grounds.
The Harbin conference center is handicapped-accessible however please advise the HAI office staff of your particular needs when signing up for a workshop so we can provide the best possible workshop experience for you.
Special diets can be accommodated if they are requested at the time you sign up for the workshop.
The Human Awareness Institute weekend workshops in Northern California are held regularly at Harbin Hot Springs resort. Harbin Hot Springs is in beautiful Lake County right next to wine country. It is approximately a two hour drive from San Francisco, close enough to be convenient and far enough away to be relaxing.
Harbin is located on over 1600 acres of private, undeveloped woodland. Large soaking pools and sprawling redwood sundecks welcome sunning, soaking or swimming.
Our workshops are conducted at the private Harbin conference center including 2 additional soaking pools, catered meals, an air conditioned workshop room, cozy wood burning stoves, convenient parking, redwood decks, a nearby stream, hiking trails and camp-style accommodations. Private rooms are available if reserved separately with Harbin however there is an additional charge. You may also take advantage of the massage, Watsu, yoga and other Harbin offerings before and after the workshop weekend. * Pathways to Intimacy (PTI) one-day workshop costs are: Pre-registered Adults $95.00, Pre-registered Teens (16-17 years), seniors and repeaters $45.00. $20.00 additional at the door for walk-ins that have not registered in advance. PTIs are non-residential and do not include meals. They are generally in a conveniently located hotel venue.
** The “Love is a Miracle” workshop and Levels 2 through 6 of the Love, Intimacy and Sexuality workshops are $495. Levels 7 & 8 are $545. The Couples-1 and Couples-2 workshops are $495 pp ($990 per couple). A non-refundable transferable deposit of $195 per person is required at registration to hold your space. Wait lists may occur since we gender balance the workshop. If you do not clear the waiting list for your desired workshop, your $195 is refundable. Alternatively, you can stay on the waiting list for the next workshop of the same level. If you need to transfer out of a workshop for any reason there is an administrative fee of $50 if you notify the office at least one week before the workshop begins. If you transfer out or withdraw from a workshop less than one week before it begins, your $195 deposit will be forfeited. Your balance is due two weeks before the workshop.
The Hotel Couples Weekend workshop is $595 per couple. The workshop is held in a hotel setting - no prerequisite. Food and Lodging not included. Saturday Dinner and light snacks included. A non-refundable transferable deposit of $195 per couple is required at registration to hold your space. The balance due two weeks before workshop.
