Greetings from the HAI East Coast Producers!

Our clothing-optional workshops draw participants from Maine to the Florida Keys, offering a delightful mix of backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences. We meet on Friday at Level 1 as strangers, and leave Sunday evening as family-of-choice. Magic happens!

Even after all these years (we began producing these workshops in 1993), when we attend a workshop, we're amazed that the material can be presented in a way that gets behind our emotional defenses so that we can truly change our belief systems to rid ourselves of patterns that keep us separate and don’t serve us.

The East Coast HAI community is comprised of some of the most open, warm and loving human beings on the planet. The support and ongoing encouragement after the workshop (if that’s what you choose) helps participants implement the tools and skills learned during a weekend.
