Workshops about love, intimacy and sexuality
HAI Workshops offer individuals and couples the opportunity to make profound change – away from isolation and separation, towards connection and community. HAI welcomes adults of all ages, relationship statuses, ethno-cultural backgrounds, socio-economic statuses, physical abilities, gender identities, and sexual orientations and/or practices.
Guided by skilled facilitators, participants make real and lasting changes in their lives. HAI workshops and events empower participants to celebrate their uncensored beauty and step into their personal power.
Free Mini-Workshops provide an opportunity for you to get a sense of what our workshops are all about.
